UK Delivery: 

For delivery to addresses within the UK mainland, the following applies to full-price items.

Orders placed on a Friday after 12 noon or at the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. Regrettably, no deliveries are made at the weekends. All DHL orders will be delivered by 9 pm on the day of delivery. 

 

International Delivery:

We deliver free of charge on orders over £450 internationally, excluding any import charges. Sale orders under £450 are subject to a shipping cost displayed at checkout.

The following details what to do if you require to return, exchange or pre order: 

Returns:  

Whilst we do hope that you will love our products - (our returns rate is less than 1% annually) we do appreciate that you may change your mind and want to return. We charge a subsidised shipping fee of £5 to cover the costs for shipping the return back to us via DHL in the UK. Outside the UK you will have to pay the full rate as determined by DHL, minus the subsidised shipping fee. If you wish to return something then you have 14 days from date of order to return your purchases for a refund excluding the shipping fee. In order to organise a return you must contact us by emailing us - hello@sarahharan.com and we will provide full instructions particularly around ensuring the goods arrive back to us in a pristine condition.

Please be aware that sale products are exchange only. You have 14 days to request an exchange for a sale product. 

On receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund within 7 working days, via the original method of payment.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange something we are very happy to assist. Please let us know at hello@sarahharan.com what you would like to exchange and we will arrange. You can  use either of the following services to make the exchange process convenient for you:

Packaging:

It is very important that we receive the goods back to us in the same pristine condition that we sent them to you. As we hope you can appreciate care will ensure that the goods are in the same condition for a refund or exchange. Please read our shipping advise here

Pre-Orders:

If you order a pre order item as well as stock items we will send all goods together. If you wish to split the order and receive stock items first, then we suggest you create two orders and order separately or use our shipping service. 

Bespoke:

Please note we are unable to refund any bespoke made to order item(s) unless the item(s) are faulty. Please email us at hello@sarahharan.com to advise us of any faulty returns.
