 UK Delivery: 

For delivery to addresses within the UK mainland, the following applies:

Orders placed on a Friday after 12 noon or at the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. Regrettably no deliveries are made at the weekends. All DHL orders will be delivered by 9 pm on the day of delivery. 

 International Delivery:

We deliver Free of Charge on orders over £200.00 internationally. If your order is under £200.00 the following rates apply:

Returns:

Whilst we do hope that you will love our products we appreciate that you may change your mind. If this happens then you have 14 days from date of order to return your purchases. In order to obtain a free return you must contact us by emailing us - hello@sarahharan.com.

Once you have contacted us we will we work with you to arrange a pick up. If you are UK based then we will email you a DHL returns label. If you are outside the UK then we will work with you to arrange the best pick up that most suits your country. Returns are free but we do need your assistance to package up the parcel in the box that the product was sent to you in and to make yourself available for the pick up.  On receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund within 7 working days and you will receive your refund via the original method of payment.

Please note we are unable to refund any bespoke made to order item(s) unless the item(s) are faulty. Please email us at hello@sarahharan.com to advise us of any faulty returns.
