We are delighted that you are making an order with Sarah Haran. The following details our shipping and delivery information :

 UK Delivery: 

For delivery to addresses within the UK mainland, the following applies to full-price items. Sale orders under £300 are subject to a £5 courier fee, for orders containing sale items above £300 shipping is free of charge.

Orders placed on a Friday after 12 noon or at the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. Regrettably, no deliveries are made at the weekends. All DHL orders will be delivered by 9 pm on the day of delivery. 

 

 International Delivery:

We deliver Free of Charge on orders over £300 internationally excluding any import charges. Sale orders under £300 are subject to a shipping cost displayed at checkout, for orders containing sale items above £300 shipping is free of charge.

Returns:

Whilst we do hope that you will love our products we appreciate that you may change your mind. If this happens then you have 14 days from date of order to return your purchases. In order to obtain a return you must contact us by emailing us - hello@sarahharan.com.

Once you have contacted us we will we work with you to arrange a pick up. If you are UK based then we can email you a DHL returns label or you can return via a carrier of your choice. If you are outside the UK then we will work with you to arrange the best pick up that most suits your country. UK Returns are free but internationally you will need to cover any return costs and/or taxes that may be associated with the return. We do need your assistance to package up the goods in the box and in the original packing that the product was sent to you in and also to make yourself available for the pick up.  On receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund asap and certainly within 7 working days. You will receive your refund via the original method of payment.

Please note we are unable to refund any bespoke made to order item(s) unless the item(s) are faulty. Please email us at hello@sarahharan.com to advise us of any faulty returns.
