We believe in offering freedom around payment options and have now installed Klarna Pay into our payment systems to offer an alternative payment provider that allows you to try before you buy.

What is Klarna?
Klarna is an established payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna provides smooth payment systems to more than 70,000 online stores and over 60 million customers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments. Klarna’s vision is to simplify the buying experience with a simple checkout solution. Customers only need to provide top-of-mind information to complete a purchase. At the core of Klarna’s services is the concept of payment after delivery, which lets you buy before you pay. This simplicity means a better shopping experience for you as you don't need to put your card details in at the checkout and you don't need to pay for your goods until after you've decided you're happy with them.

How do I use Klarna?
It's easy to use Klarna. You can chose Klarna to pay for our products by selecting Klarna in the check out.

Try before you buy
Receive your goods first and pay after delivery. There are no fees or interest. Select Pay later at checkout and you have 30 days to complete the payment online, at your convenience with no extra cost. We will send you the goods and once your order is confirmed you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions. You then have 30 days to make your payment.

What happens if I return the goods I have purchased from you?
Simply return any unwanted items within the Sarah Haran returns period of 14 days, and Klarna will update your statement.

How do I pay for my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions within two days. You’ll then have 30 days to complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit
or debit card at Klarna.com. If you cannot log in to pay, contact Klarna’s Customer Service on 020 300 50833

You can review your latest orders anytime by logging into Klarna.com. If you need any help, just visit Klarna Customer Service. Remember to make payments on time. Not doing so could harm your credit rating.

What happens if I don't pay my statement?
Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, you’ll be sent a reminder email two days before payment is due. Please note, your credit score will be affected if you don’t pay Klarna for your order.

What do I need to provide to use Klarna?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address, email address and your mobile number. For some orders you may need to provide your date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your
email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give Klarna the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so be liable for delayed payment fees.

What happens if I want to return all or part of my order?
Klarna allows you to try before you buy or spread payments. If you change you mind and wish to return our goods then you must do this within 14 days before your payment with Klarna is due, and Klarna will update your statement. A refund will be processed once we have received your returned items, and Klarna will then refund your payment.

Will I be accepted?
You must be at least 18 and you must have a UK postal address. You’ll get an instant decision, subject to your financial circumstances. Klarna’s soft-search assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Why have I not been offered Pay Later?
Although Pay Later is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay Later method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the e-store,
previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.
